The entire design criteria at Shiplake Meadows is built around residents’ care levels and comfort. Properties are built in small clusters to avoid long internal corridors and help create a feeling of individuality in the apartment buildings, with short travel distances to internal lifts, car parking and facilities. All homes are entirely adaptable to accommodate residents' evolving mobility needs. All services will be provided on an ‘as needs’ basis and tailored to assist and enable independent home living with support as requirements change. Daily meetings with residents will be available in the comfort of their home or within the Clubhouse treatment suite.
